Education

Hello, my name is Sabrina McAuliff I have been teaching for over 13 years. Most of my time has been with Pre-K and First grade. In 2012 I started teaching Special Education this experience has been a real eye opener, and has helped me become a better-rounded teacher. I have always wanted to be a teacher since I was in third grade, growing up having a Learning Disability I had many teachers and administrators tell my mom that I would never go to college or even graduate. I am happy to say that I have proven them all wrong. Each year brings a new excitement and energy with it that only comes from loving this job. I see it has an honor that parents trust me to take care of their most prized gift. I can't wait to see what this year brings.

I have lived in Georgia for over 10 years now. I am a "Navy brat" with my mom, dad, two uncles, a grandfather and my husband all servicing in the United States Navy. I was born in Virginia, we then moved to Louisiana for about two years. My family moved again to Massachusetts for 10 years and then moved to up state New York for 10 years. We again moved after I graduated college back to Louisiana where my father's family was from. It was there that my met my husband and we got married. After Hurricane Katrina and Rita we moved to Georgia and have been here ever since. We have two wonderful children and have just built a house in Dallas GA. We are very excited about what this year holds for our family.

My education included receiving my Bachelors from Concordia College inBronxville New York, Masters from Walden University, I have also received my ESOL endorsement from the Douglas County School System. I have plans to further my education in the future.

Please stay tuned for updates and important information about the school and my classroom.
